The beef noodle here is just amazing. Generous toppings of beef and vegetables. Smoothest broth. The pig ear and bean curd in chili oil is the perfect companion with the noodles. All of their dumplings are also delicious.

We got scallion pancakes, beef cheese dumplings, crispy wonton and sesame noodles. It was AMAZING! Best scallion pancakes I’ve ever had. Also way more affordable than most things around here.

Yet another fantastic spot in the San Gabriel Valley for authentic flavors in dumplings & Asian cuisine. Recommended by YouTubers Mikey Chen & Mark Weins, decided to come and check it out. Upon being seated the wait wasn't too long due to their busy flow and dumpling availability. They are so busy and just before lunch closing I was able to get our orders in and delivered to our table. Ordered a set of pan fried chicken dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, & xio long bao. Warning to all who have not been here before, Saturday being one of their most busiest days during peak hours of business. The wait to dine in approximately 30-40 minute wait, food order approximately 15-20 minutes. They offer phone/online ordering for pick up service. Place is clean & organized, service is professional. Will have to return to try their bowls of noodles.

They have the best dumplings that even rivals Din Tai Fung, especially their pan-fried pork dumplings. Yum! Their soup dumplings are just as good as DTF. I haven't tried all their dumplings, but I can tell they will all be delicious. Their angus stewed need noodles have great flavor, and the soup base is awesome. The only purulent I have is with their noodles. They are brittle and too soft, not chewy enough. I also love their pig ear and bean curd appetizer cold dish. So good with that chili sauce. I'll try the pork knuckle next time.
